At Kewrify LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free process.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Personal care items such as cosmetics and beauty products that have been opened or used.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RA number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check Your Bank Account: Verify that the refund has not been posted to your account.
- Contact Your Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact Your Bank: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at contact@kewrifyllc.com.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us immediately at contact@kewrifyllc.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with further instructions on returning the item or receiving a replacement.
8. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
